At AsUsual, we are committed to providing premium-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Order Confirmation & Processing

·       All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call.

·       Orders that are not confirmed may be delayed, placed on hold, or cancelled.

·       Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.


Business Days & Customer Support

·       Saturday and Sunday are weekly holidays and are not counted as business days.

·       Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next working business day.

Any support requests received outside business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be addressed on the next working business day.


Standard Delivery Time

·       Our standard delivery time is 7–10 business days after order confirmation and processing.

·       Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, remote locations, public holidays, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Address & Contact Details

·       Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including full address, phone number, and recipient details.

·       Orders delayed, returned, or undelivered due to incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, invalid phone numbers, or customer unavailability may incur additional shipping charges.

·       AsUsual shall not be responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.


Delivery Attempts & RTO

·       Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning a shipment.

·       Customers are requested to remain available on the registered phone number during the delivery period.

·       If a shipment is returned due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address, or non-response, it will be treated as an RTO (Return to Origin) case.

·       Re-shipment of RTO orders may require additional shipping charges.


Order Cancellation

·       Orders can be cancelled before they are processed and shipped.

·       If a cancellation request is made after order processing, applicable processing and shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Prepaid Order Cancellation

·       If a prepaid order is cancelled after processing or shipment, the refund will not be initiated immediately.

·       The refund will only be processed after the shipment is successfully returned to our warehouse (RTO – Return to Origin).

·       Shipping and processing charges incurred on the order will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

·       The refund process will begin only after the returned shipment is received and verified at our facility.

·       Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Refused Deliveries

·       If a customer refuses to accept a shipped order, it will be treated as an RTO case.

·       Applicable shipping and processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount.


Free Shipping Policy

·       Free shipping offered by AsUsual is applicable only on successfully delivered and completed orders.

·       Free shipping benefits are not applicable in cancellation, refund, return, exchange, or RTO cases.

·       Actual shipping charges, return shipping charges, and applicable processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount wherever applicable.


Size Exchange, Returns & Refunds

Important

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

·       We do NOT offer size exchanges.

·       We do NOT offer returns for incorrect size selection.

·       We do NOT offer refunds due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, personal preference, or ordering by mistake.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the size chart and selected the correct size.


Color & Print Variation Disclaimer

·       Actual product colors may vary slightly from website images due to screen settings, photography, lighting conditions, and display variations across devices.

·       Minor variations in print placement, color tone, fabric texture, stitching, or finishing are normal and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

·       Such variations do not qualify for return, exchange, replacement, or refund.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Replacement, return, or refund requests will only be considered if:

·       You receive a damaged product.

·       You receive a defective product.

·       You receive the wrong product.

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


Important Unboxing Video Requirement

Mandatory for Claims

Please record a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video while opening your package.

Claims regarding:

·       Missing items

·       Wrong products

·       Damaged products

·       Empty packages

·       Tampered packages

will only be considered if a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is provided.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

·       Sale or clearance products

·       Products purchased during promotional offers

·       Products with incorrect size selection

·       Customized or personalized products

·       Gift cards

·       Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, alteration, or improper washing
